mixed experience
missing balcony loud noise
the bed was comfortable enough. it was just... acceptable.
I was promised a room with a balcony but didn't get one. the staff didn't seem to care, even after i showed them the confirmation. plus, the noise at night was awful. I could hear everything from the hallway.
